The device says this app can drain the battery.
The warning is because the app stays connected to your Bluetooth to detect your driving automatically. You do not need to open the app when driving. The impact on your battery is normal.
Does this affect my Insurance premiums?
NO! This is a safe place for you to learn, refresh and practice safe driving habits. If your driving can save you premiums, our team will connect you with offers but we will never share your information with insurers without your consent.
Do you share information with my employer?
Only if you are invited to participate by your employer. Your employer will send you a link inviting you to join the company group. Accepting the invite allows the employer to see your work trips. You can keep your personal driving confidential.
How does the app work? Do I need to plug anything into my car?
The app automatically detects your trips. After, you can see your results and learn the driving behaviours to help you be a safe driver. You can participate in surveys, earn credits, learn safer driving tips and see your results against your peers.
No, you do not need to plug or connect anything to your car. The phone and the app simply detect your trips.

Where do I find my first survey?
Under the profile tab, there is a survey button to get started. After this, and once you start driving, the app will alert you to tips, new surveys and other cool features to help us all be safer drivers.
